This meeting is on invitation only for WGMS National Correspondents (NCs) and representatives from partner organisations. All participants need to register until 31st of March 2019 here:
The WGMS has limited funds available for travel grants, mainly for NCs from the Global South. Applications need to be handed in with the registration and must include (a) a travel itinerary with indicated costs and (b) an explanatory statement from the home institution’s Director declaring the lack of funding. Application deadline is 31st of March 2019.
Participants are responsible for their visa applications.
A shared room accommodation for the participants is booked and covered by the organizers from 22.10.2019 to 26.10.2019. Additional nights before or after the meeting need to be organized and payed by the participants.
